Experiencing Forest Therapy is both a fun and relaxing experience! 

We charge $125.00 + HST per person. This fee includes a gourmet lunch!

We offer a 4 hour forest bathing experience with a gourmet lunch. 

Located in Wendover, Ontario, about 35 minutes East of Ottawa. 

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and fun experience. 

Forest bathing is excellent for anyone age 16 and up.  Families, friends,  groups, celebrations, couples, corporate events. Everyone can benefit from this practice!

Anyone who is over the age of 16 and is able to walk (slowly) on uneven ground is welcome!

No, there is no real exercise. Guests will slowly walk through the forest at their own pace. 

11:00am - 3:00pm, we are accepting bookings for every day of the week!

We  can forest bathe in all types of weather. A light drizzle  can often enhance the experience. That being said, if the weather is bad, participants will be notified in the morning of and the day will be rescheduled  or participants will receive their money back.
